Support at home

Our Support at Home services are designed to help older adults remain safe, independent and confident in their own homes for longer. We provide practical, individualised Occupational Therapy support, including continence assessments, equipment and assistive technology recommendations and minor home modifications to make everyday activities safer and easier. We can assist clients to access appropriate supports and equipment through a range of funding programs, including Support at Home, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS), and geat2GO. Our focus is on finding practical solutions that promote independence, safety, health and wellbeing while supporting people to continue living well at home.
